Clean air

Traditional air-conditioning hasn’t been able to find a solution to the Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Experts are worried by the limited security that recycled air offers. With Decke’s air conditioning systems you are distributing new filtered air, 100% clean air, what ensures a safe comfort for people. A fresh and healthy air improves our health and well-being of us and our families. It keeps us safe from environmental contamination and bacteria, virus and germs that are present in other type of air-conditioning systems. In the workplace, this has a direct impact in performance, reducing the amount of sick leaves.

A unique system

We work with the most innovative product in Spain: the capillary tube web KaRo. They can be installed in any of the parameters, providing all the comfort of clean air without any health risks. Our tubular web travels the ceilings, walls or floors irrigating hot or cold water, and facilitating in this way the regulation of the temperature in a natural way. This system was introduced for first time in 1985 in Germany under the name “Capillary mats” (Kappillarrohrmatten, today KaRo). Donald Herbst devised it for his project “The house that saves energy”. This marked a before and after in the air-conditioning world.

Efficient

Actually, our body uses this same system every day. Our capillary vessels web is in charge of taking the oxygen and nutrients to all of our cells, and regulates our temperature. In the same way, the system implemented by DECKE irrigates water between 15 and 30ºC through the parameters of the building, heating up the rooms in the winter and cooling them down in the hotter months. The water becomes then in an ideal mean of transport, as it transports the heat/cold using only a 10% of the heat that the air in the traditional air-conditioning systems uses.

Affordable

Thanks to the higher conductivity of water, our system only needs power to cold down to 15ºC and to 30ºC to heat up, what means a great energy saving. The efficiency in the KaRo capillary tubes is such that, following what the experts say, the thermal interchange would only improve a 2% if the water was to be flowing by itself.

Invisible

Our system frees those spaces intended for the air conducts and reduces to the minimum the space needed for machinery and pipes. This saving of space even allows the architects to increase the usable meters for new construction buildings with the same habitability volume. The beauty of simplicity. The grilles, ventilation ducts, radiators and diffusers have lagged behind. Our efficient air-conditioning systems don’t even take any visual space.

Silent
